We ask that complaints not be anonymous, as we may need to discuss and gather more information, and encourage anyone with concerns to bring them to us so we can try to address it. <br><br> Actions toward complaints will be made at moderator discretion. We do not tolerate harassment, but also want to make sure we are looking at disputes from all angles. Typically, players will receive a warning for most things first, however the severity and seriousness of the complaint will determine the appropriate (if any) punishment. <br><br> Bans may be used in very severe situations and can be considered permanent or temporary, depending on the nature of the concern (i.e., IC actions are usually different than OOC harassment). </td></tr> </table>
